The Ferri confectionery was born in 1959 as a family business and from the very beginning was in the customers' confidence thanks to its high quality production and its variety of sweets and pastry. Relying on a long experience and eager to keep up the old tradition the Ferri family carried on its work by means of the art of its pastry masters. Our creations are always prepared in the same way with the best ingredients, through the manual work instead of the machinery, in order to guarantee the quality control on every product. Unlike those available in the large-scale retail trade, panettoni and Easter cakes, as an example, ferment in a natural way without preservatives thus reaching the highest genuineness and freshness.
